Natural Medicine: The Natural Way to Heart Health

Dr. Jack Wolfson started out as a typical cardiologist, puts in pacemakers and stents, does angiograms, believes in Statin drugs, attends to the sickest of the sick. It was only until he saw his father, who was also an accomplished cardiologist, died of a horrific degenerative neurological disease.
“People are not getting sick because they lack pharmaceuticals or because they lack Cardiological procedure. They're getting sick for a reason. And you have to be the doctor who finds that reason, who finds that cause…” – Dr. Jack Wolfson
When Jack met his now wife, who is a doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. She opened his eyes to the powerful world of holistic medicine. He dove in and became passionate about teaching his patients how to change their lifestyle so they can address the root cause, heal and get off of pharmaceutical drugs safely.
In our interview, Dr. Wolfson shares the fundamental diet for excellent heart health. When he shared this diet with a 500lb patient, the patient avoided gastric bypass and lost 300lbs by following Dr. Jack's advice below:
Dr. Jack Wolfson's Diet For A Healthy Heart:
1. Stuff yourself full of organic vegetables at every meal or as often as possible.
2. Eat free range grass-fed pasture raised meats.
3. Eat wild seafood
4. Eat nuts, seeds, eggs, avocados and coconuts
5. Eat fruit when it's in season
6. Preferably find local foods
7. Always eat 100% organic
8. Avoid grains, processed foods, and sugar
9. If you are going to consume dairy, go for raw organic, grass fed.
How to prevent high blood pressure?
- Eat the right food (you may refer to the list above)
- Go to sleep with the sun down and awake with the sunrise.
- Embrace the power of the sun. The sun takes excess cholesterol and converts it to Vitamin D.
