Robyn Srigley – How PCOS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, and PMS Can Be A Thing Of The Past

Robyn Srigley is The Hormone Diva, holistic nutritionist and women’s holistic health coach.

In our interview, Robyn discusses the long-term negative health effects of the birth control pill, how PCOS is ineffectively treated by MDs and what we can do naturally to balance our hormones and gain control of our life!

In our interview, Robyn shares her own journey with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and how it jumpstarted her passion for helping women replace their anxieties with joy to open possibility in their lives and break free of hormonal imbalance.

Robyn Srigley is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, is studying with the Integrative Women's Health Institute to earn a Women's Health and Nutrition Certification and is currently enrolled to begin studying with Aviva Romm in her Herbal Medicine for Women course.

She is also the creator of Cramp Tea and Hot Flash Tea and is featured on MindBodyGreen.

“I am extremely passionate about talking about insulin and the role it plays in hormonal health. There are many ways to help control insulin and sex hormones, including diet, movement, self-care and botanicals.

The women I primarily speak to are struggling with low self-esteem and overwhelm due to PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and PMS”

  • Move every day- even a little bit
  • Do self-care and stress management activities like it's your job
