How Do You Get And End Prediabetes?

Our topic is quite personal for Dr. Beverly Yates, our expert guest for today because prediabetes and diabetes affect several of her family members. Now, statistic say that nearly one in three American's suffers from prediabetes or diabetes!  Statistically, every person in the United States is directly or indirectly affected by blood sugar issues.

Diabetes, according to Dr. Beverly, has such a profound effect on our mental, emotional and physical health as we age. The good news is there is a way to END PREDIABETES! If we implement the healthy blood sugar balancing habits that Dr. Beverly teaches in our interview, we can avoid the potentially dangerous consequences that come with out-of-control blood sugar.

Making an effort to balance your blood sugar will increase your longevity and significantly decrease the chance of developing a whole host of problems. Problems like cancer, weight gain and hormone imbalance to fatigue, neuropathy and heart disease!

Dr. Beverly Yates is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (licensed ND) from the University of Natural Medicine. She started her journey as a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. In our interview, Dr. Beverly shares her amazing story as to why she chose to leave the world of Electrical Engineering to become a Naturopathic Physician.  In recent years she as becomes most passionate about helping people with blood sugar-related issues.
