In this video Dr. Molly explains why you should move your body every day. This is NOT for weight loss!

In the past you might have heard your doctor tell you to exercise three days a week for 20 minutes. “When you really think about it,” Dr. Molly postulates, “…That didn’t make much sense.”

Dr. Molly goes on to explain how to move, how long to move and how many times a week to move for optimal health.

There are three key reasons that you need to move as often as possible throughout the day.
