Lung Health Protocol

In this video Dr. Megan Saunders goes over the nuts and bolts of supporting lung health.  Dr. Wallach, through his research, discovered that many diseases are caused by nutrient deficiencies. When our nutrient levels are compromised, our tissue health becomes compromised as well, leading eventually to a breakdown of the tissue’s function and the progression of disease.

Luckily, this is often reversible through proper diet, easy lifestyle changes and quality supplementation.

Dr. Megan covers what key nutrients the body needs in order to create healthy lung tissue. She also discusses the “The Allergy Triad” and how an unknown food allergen can cause respiratory issues such as asthma.
