4 – MEDITATION DOUBLE BREATH



The Full Yogic Breath is nothing to be ignored by anyone. From the athlete to the businessman, to the aspirant for emotional healing, to the meditating yogi who seeks his own freedom. All walks of life can benefit and find healing inside of the use of the Full Yogic Breath. We have two lungs; why not use them correctly? It’s as if we’re driving around in a V8 Supercar, but only using two and a half of the cylinders. What a shame! When that engine was meant to roar!
